Sports Massage is a form of therapeutic massage which can be tailored to various needs; post performance recovery, pre-performance preparation, therapy and rehabilitation.

Sports Massage helps to:

  • Increase blood and lymph flow to increase nutrient flow to tissues
  • Reduce Muscle soresness
  • Increase flexibility and reduces tonicity of muscle tissue
  • Promotes both physical and mental relaxation to induce a more optimal state of recovery and rehabilitation.

Our sports massage appointments require an initial assessment for your first appointment (55 minutes), and then follow-up appointments can be booked for different timescales after (35, 55, and 85 minutes).
