Each of the sessions to work with our coaches at any of our venues are bookable (we have some outdoor spaces we use, which will only be available when weather/seasons dictate), however if the session you wish to be involved in is not part of your package, you would be more than welcome to bolt this on.

You can see a list of our bootcamp / group training sessions available on the calendar. Should you wish to book a 1:1 or small group session with our coaches at either our outdoor training space or at the gym, please just get in contact to book your session in.

100%. We have personal trainers or Strength & Conditioning Coaches at your disposal.

Unfortunately we do not have showering facilities on site at the moment, however this is something we are looking to resolve/include in the future!

To book a place on one of our classes, please check out our calendar / or contact the main line (01922 907676). If the session on the calendar is not fully booked, you should be able to book into the session there. However, if you wanted to find any further information or to book, you can also do this over the telephone.

Absolutely! we will also offer a 10% off for both of you when you bring them to their first session with us! (T&C apply)

We take cash, card or pre-payment link. You may be required to pre-pay for a number of our services including deposits for certain sessions.
