Each of the sessions to work with our coaches at each of our venues are bookable, however if the session you wish to be involved in is not part of your package, you are more than welcome to bolt this on.

You can see a list of our Strength and Conditioning bootcamp sessions available on the calendar. Should you wish to book a 1:1 or small group session with our coaches at either our outdoor training space or at the gym, just get in contact to book your session in.

100%. We have personal trainers or Strength & Conditioning Coaches at your disposal.

At our Physiotherapy clinic and gym training site there are both male and female showering/changing facilities available. However, at our outdoor training site, there are currently no showering facilities available unfortunately.

To book a place on one of our classes, please check out our calendar. If the session on the calendar is not fully booked, you should be able to book into the session there. However, if you wanted to find any further information or to book, you can also do this over the telephone.

Absolutely! in fact we also offer discount for both the person you bring and for yourself (40% off each!) when you bring them to their first session with us!

We take cash, card or pre-payment link. You may be required to pre-pay for a number of our services including deposits for certain sessions.
